Box Office

The Berklee Performance Center is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue. The Box Office is directly inside the front doors of the building.

The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed Sundays and most holidays. On performance days, the Box Office is open two hours prior to showtime and will remain open one hour after the scheduled start time for the event.

Please note: The Box Office does not take ticket orders or reservations over the phone. The Berklee Performance Center Box Office accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard; no checks. All sales are final. Tickets

We are no longer a Ticketmaster Ticket Center, which means we no longer sell tickets for venues other than the Berklee Performance Center.

You may charge tickets for certain Berklee Performance Center shows and/or other Ticketmaster events by calling Ticketmaster at (617) 931-2000 or via the Internet by visiting the Ticketmaster Web site. Tickets for Berklee College of Music faculty and student concerts are not sold through Ticketmaster and are only available at the Berklee Performance Center Box Office.

To purchase tickets at our Box Office, please note our hours of operation above. Tickets for patrons requiring accessible seating of any kind are only available through the Berklee Box Office.
