Why are tickets for some of your events available through Ticketmaster while other are not?
The Berklee Performance Center hosts two kinds of events, those sponsored by Berklee College of Music and those presented by outside promoters who rent the theater (also known as professional shows). Tickets for Berklee sponsored events are only available at the Berklee Performance Center Box Office. Events presented by outside promoters are usually available through Ticketmaster, as well. All events available through Ticketmaster will be listed with a link to their website on the Events Calendar page of this site. If a show does not have a link to Ticketmaster, then tickets are only available at the Box Office window.
Is it possible to reserve tickets over the phone through your box office?
The Berklee Box Office does not take phone orders or reservations. Tickets for college sponsored events are only available at the Box Office window. For professional events held at the theater you may purchase tickets over the phone by calling Ticketmaster at (617) 931-2000. You may also order tickets through their website at www.ticketmaster.com. Click here for wheelchair and accessible seating ticket purchases.
What are the convenience charges added to the price of tickets?
